welcome, pals! thanks so much for joining me here!

i’m bridget, a 29 year old who grew up in upstate new york, went to college in southern indiana, and is now living in northeastern georgia.

i’m a newlywed, a proud mick, a shy bi, a travel enthusiast, a gluten intolerant, a caffeine fiend, a halloween queen, an occasionally unretired singer, a thrifter, a gifter, a paradigm shifter.

my current job doesn’t involve much writing, but i haven’t been able to fully put down my (sometimes figurative, sometimes literal) pen since writing my first “novel” in fourth grade. so far there haven’t been any novels in the works in my adult life, but substack has proven to be a great outlet for pouring out the other thoughts and ideas that are constantly bouncing around my head.

here, you can expect to find posts about mental health and neurodivergence, identity, community, personal growth, political rage, the books i’m reading, the music i’m listening to, the things i’m grateful for, and anything else i’m feeling particularly passionate about on a given week (most likely nerd shit).
